The Facilities & Maintenance Tech ensures that all Pubs and Breweries are in good physical and functional shape and nothing is hampering operations ability to run at peak efficiency.  Responsibilities also include coordinating with and managing the rest of the facilities and maintenance team to ensure that all store level needs are met. 

Responsibilities:

  •  Project Management Assistance
    • Help Manager of Facilities supervise all subcontractors and vendors for small and large projects
  • Facilities Maintenance & Preventative Maintenance
  • Lead and assist facilities team to ensure proper and timely completion of all preventative and demand maintenance tickets
    • Weekly/Daily scheduling
    • Record keeping
  • Work with the Manager of Facilities to ensure that all teams have necessary resources to properly service all Pinthouse needs.
  • Work with the Facilities Team to plan and maintain the overall good, working order of each pub. Primary responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
    • Painting, Staining, Sanding, Sealing, etc.
    • Keep all pub equipment clean and properly maintained
    • HVAC
    • Refrigeration
      • Regular Maintenance and Repair of cold tables, walk-in coolers, and freezers
    • Glycol Chillers
    • Clean and Maintain Restaurant Equipment & Appliances
      • Ovens -> Bread, Pizza and Standard
    • Toasters, Mixers, Ice Machines and Arcade maintenance
    • Fryers and Hoods
    • Plumbing
    • Tile work
    •  Concrete/Asphalt Maintenance
    •  Carpentry/Framing Skills
    •  Welding
    • Electrical Knowledge/Troubleshooting
  • Help the Manager of Facilities maintain inventory levels for all equipment, parts and supplies needed on a regular basis
Qualifications

  •   2+ years experience with commercial facility and equipment troubleshooting, maintenance and repair, 
    • Restaurant experience is a plus!
  • Flexible availability required:
    • Some nights, weekends, holidays and emergency coverage is required
  • Current Texas Drivers License, clean driving record and reliable means of transportation
  • Physical ability to work at location; to stand for prolonged period of time to frequently stoop, bend, crouch, reach, and twist: to lift, carry push, and/or pull moderate amounts of weight up to 100lbs; ability to climb ladders; to operate tools and equipment requiring hand movement and fine coordination
  • Salary commensurate with experience
Compensation: $50,000.00 per year
